BRDB's activities at a glance from Bangladesh Rural Development Board, Rupsha, Khulna are as follows:

            * Upazila Central Cooperative Society Ltd. (UCCA) activities: To form a society with a minimum of 20 members and to help the members of the society to form capital by depositing shares and savings. And to provide training on various subjects. Moreover providing seasonal crop loan assistance.

           

* Integrated Poverty Alleviation Program (Eternal) Activities: To keep the flow of credit through the organization uninterrupted through the organization for the implementation of productive activities among the rural poor. And to create its own funds through weekly savings deposits.

* Palli Pragati Project (PPR) Activities: To create funds through savings deposits by forming teams for socio-economic development of backward poor people in certain unions and to ensure socio-economic development through income generating training and micro-credit.

* Training and self-employment program for indigent freedom fighters and their dependents: To provide skill development training for the implementation of income generating activities of freedom fighters and their dependents.

* Integrated Rural Employment Support Scheme (ERESPO) for Poor Women: Poverty alleviation and socio-economic development of poor and vulnerable women.

* Provide infrastructural development and training to rural marginalized people through PRDP3 project.

* To enrich Bangladesh in agriculture by informing the rural people about the importance of non-major crops and providing low interest (4%) post-training loan assistance through the program of production and marketing of high value non-nutritious cereals for the purpose of poverty alleviation.
